   Issuer verification

   The issuing company's identity is verified (KYB/AML).

   Asset due diligence

   Upload title, registry reports, appraisal and tax clearance. The system cross-checks data between documents.

   Structuring

   We recommend a vehicle (for example, a trust) and the professionals that must take part.

   Documentation

   Contracts and structure documents, with assisted drafts reviewed by a lawyer.

   Approvals

   Compliance configured and dossier approved by an accountable person.

   Token deployment

   The ERC-3643 token is issued on Polygon, with compliance rules in the contract itself.

   Offering

   Eligible investors subscribe through the portal.

   Post-issuance

   Distributions, valuations and redemptions, recorded on-chain.
